SUMMARY 
The master’s thesis is a scientific – research work on the topic "Mechanisms 
of Diversification of Non-Oil sectors and its main development directions". The 
present research work consists of an introduction, 3 chapters, 9 paragraphs, a 
conclusion and proposals, as well as used bibliography.
The introduction includes information on the urgency of the topic, the level of 
learning problems, the object and subject of the research, scientific innovations, goals 
and duties of the research, theoretical and methodological bases of the thesis, the 
information background, theoretical and practical significance of the research, 
approbation of the research work and application of its results, as well as its structure 
and volume. 
The first chapter of the thesis consists of three paragraphs. İts first paragraph 
reflects theoretical and conceptual bases of the research of the development problems 
of non – oil sectors, its second paragraph reflects the main factors and conditions 
ensuring the development of non-oil sectors in Azerbaijan in the modern era and the 
third paragraph includes the analysis of the characteristic features of development of 
non – oils sectors in Azerbaijan in postoil era.
The name of the second chapter is "Systematic analysis and evaluation of the 
current development state of non - oil sectors in Azerbaijan" and consists of three 
paragraphs. The first paragraph contains the macroeconomic feature of modern 
development condition of non-oil sectors and its valuation, the second part contains 
the structural analysis of the non-oil sector and the characteristic features of their 
development and the third paragraph contains general researches on existing 
normative legal and legislative basis of development of non-oil sectors. 
The last chapter of the thesis deals with the mechanisms of diversification of non - 
oil sectors and its main improvement directions and consists of three paragraphs. The 
first paragraph of this chapter reflects increase of the competitiveness of non-oil 
sectors and the directions of improvement of normative legal and legislative basis of

formation of exportoriented national economy, the second paragraph reflects the 
development possibilities corresponding to the key target, purpose, priority and 
methodology of the Strategic Road Map and the third paragraph includes information 
about development of non – oil sectors under the globalization condition and main 
directions of stimulation of its diversification.
The conclusion and proposals, as well as used bibliography are given at the end of 
the master’s thesis.
