Although the facial recognition is one of the today’s crucial approaches 
to identify the person in mobile phones, developed business companies and 
so on, it has a lot of problems in the working procedure, such as illumination, 
resolution, feelings, expressions, deliberate actions made by the person and 
etc. So, the project will be based on the face recognition, generally.
Basically, the working procedure of the project relies on the various 
Python libraries which are related to the Image Processing. Furthermore, the 
quality of the camera to record a video is the key point for the result. Based 
on the camera resolution and efficiency, the output can change. So that, by 
the help of camera vision, the video is recorded, then codes we typed will try 
to get the video and give an output by using built-in functions. On the other 
point, the project doesn’t consist of just these steps. We will try to do more 
research in order to make the project work precisely against tough problems 
I mentioned in the first paragraph and we aim to enhance the working 
procedure against challenges by developing coding part. Finally, if it is possible 
for us to complete the project on appropriate time, we are planning to make 
web site, to be controlled by admin, to specify the person identification. 
Surely, it is not feasible to solve all problems related to the project. For 
instance, problem like storing the pictures of each person for the identification 
is difficult to be overcome because it requires a lot of data storage, even tera-
bytes. For another example, facial expressions and actions of the person is 
the great issue to be solved. There many problems like these to search. 
Taking everything into account, we are planning to make such a project 
that restricts error occurrences due to problems given above and to develop 
our ideas based on the results coming from the researches.
