Feedback is an essential part of the incremental process of ongoing 
professional learning and assessment, and it influences learning in a 
noteworthy way. Providing continuous or recurrent feedback is a significant 
means of improving achievement in the learning process. High schools use 
some feedback forms to evaluate the teachers, teaching process, pedagogical 
materials from time to time. There are various ways to obtain feedback from 
the students about the teachers and vice-versa. As we live in a digitally 
transformed technological era where almost all of us take advantage of 
technological devices, a digital platform or application is needed and 
suggested as the best solution to overcome the problem in question.
To develop such application, there are various tools, platforms we can use 
including mobile, desktop, web platforms. Considering the fact that, nowadays 
every high school has computer laboratories and almost every student utilizes 
computers, building a desktop application would be the most suitable
