interfaces, and databases interact. A well-designed architecture gives the 
following benefits to organizations and development teams: smooth app 
performance, great scalability and flexibility, quick integration of new 
features, cost savings, decreased development time, and high security. 
While analyzing the present shipping management system, we can 
observe the issues and problems that logistics companies and their tech 
stacks utilized today for on-demand confront in terms of delivery, which leads 
to a decrease in customer satisfaction and customer loss. Both large and 
small organizations now recognize that lowering customer calls must be 
prioritized if they want to enhance overall customer satisfaction. To achieve 
greater customer satisfaction, it is necessary to match the needs of the client 
by keeping the website or platform up to date as technology evolves. The 
most common issues in shipping company management include late 
deliveries caused by obsolete dispatch software, unsuccessful deliveries if 
the client is absent during delivery, and delayed return of order if something 
goes wrong, resulting in a reduction customer satisfaction. We can observe 
that the major issue is not automating jobs allocated to drivers and couriers, 
and not integrating customers sufficiently in the shipping process.
The follows will be the solutions to the difficulties described in our web 
application: Input of Orders and Tasks into a Centralized System, 
Optimization of Task Dispatch and Routes, Customer Engagement, and 
Having a Solid Proof of Delivery Process. It is critical that many package 
delivery businesses end up in a centralized system since shipping tasks are 
entered into their system and those shipments that will be allocated to drivers 
are clearly identified. This is possible with the correct technology by uploading 
a CSV or via an API. Furthermore, for hundreds, if not tens of thousands, of 
deliveries every month, automating this procedure with competent dispatch 
software will be considered. To be able to contact directly with the driver, such 
as leaving messages or notes, the engagement must be prioritized. With such 
a large rate of deliveries, it is critical that verifiable records are retained when 
a delivery is made via proof of delivery through the system. 
To summarize, in order for modern web-based applications to function 
properly and deliver a good management system, as well as increase 
customer satisfaction, shipping company management should be 
implemented in such a way that it does not make future maintainability of the 
codebase more difficult as new features are added to the application.
