Searched about company’s website, About Us section through https://www.apple.com/newsroom/ website. I conducted my research at home via online search.

Date accessed the source (website, book, magazines, annual reports, etc.)
It has been asked to select (choose) and investigate (examine) a large business (international company called ……..) that trades in the European Union and through this research, I will write (compile) a report that evaluates the effects (impacts) of the environment on that business (my company). I will examine the environment in which the business operates, and gather enough information to consider how the chosen business has responded to past changes and evaluate how it may react to future changes.
The research will include the external environment that affects the business, including political, economic, fiscal, monetary and other government policies, social attitudes to saving, spending and debt; social responsibility requirements, technological change, environmental factors and ethical trends and the legal environment. Moreover, I will investigate the internal environment by focusing on corporate culture and corporate social responsibility. The competitive environment, such as competitive advantage, influences the chosen business’ demand, supply and price will be included. Finally, I will assess the different market structures that the business operates in, their impact on pricing and output decisions, and their responses.
2. Research Methodology
An explanation of a researcher's intended approach of investigation is known as research methodology. To address a research issue, it is a rational, methodical plan. An explanation of a researcher's technique helps to guarantee that the research will produce accurate, valid results that meet the goals and objectives of the researcher. It includes the data they will gather, where they will find it, how they will gather and evaluate it, and what data they will acquire.
2.1 Primary Research Method
Any sort of independent study is considered primary research. Interviews, surveys, fieldwork, and ethnographic research are a few examples. The use of both primary and secondary information in writing, as well as their seamless integration, are skills that a skilled researcher possesses. A important talent to have is conducting primary research since it may considerably enhance your research in secondary sources like books, periodicals, and journals. Additionally, you might utilize it as the subject of your writing assignment. Learning how to conduct primary research is a great talent since it can be applied in a range of contexts, including professional, private, and academic ones. (Purdue Writing Lab, 2018)
2.2 Secondary Research Method
A popular strategy for conducting a systematic inquiry is called secondary research, in which the researcher only uses data that has already been collected. In order to draw reliable study results, this research design organizes, collects, and analyzes these data samples. Since it entails combining pre-existing material that may be found on the internet, in peer-reviewed journals, books, government archives, and libraries, secondary research is often referred to as desk research. The secondary researcher examines existing trends from earlier studies and applies this knowledge to the particular research situation. As previously mentioned, secondary research uses data assimilation from many sources, i.e., employing already-existing research materials as opposed to developing a new data set using primary research techniques. Data gathering for secondary research is frequently done using the internet, universities, archives, schools, and organizational reports. (Blog, 2020)
