Today, the tourism industry, like many industries, is developing rapidly. The tourism business cannot be formed only with the available capital, technology, and skilled workers. To do this, you must first have tourist resources.
Tourist resources - natural, historical, social, cultural and other tourists interested in traveling, to restore a person's physical, mental and spiritual strength, and is said to be able to meet the needs of the development of the objects. In terms of recreational activities, tourist resources include natural and anthropogenic geosystems, natural landscapes, the value and recreational nature of recreational activities, the ability of recreational activities that can be used to restore the health and recreation of people using certain technologies at a given time. resources available.
The essence of tourist resources is that they are the basis for the formation of tourist products. In general, a specific area includes all facilities that can be used for tourism activities. If we take tourism as a form of recreation, the concept of “tourist resources” is combined with “recreational resources”.
The basis of tourist resources is recreational resources. Recreational resources are a combination of different components that are used to meet a person's needs for rest and treatment. Recreational resources are divided into two groups according to their characteristics of origin and use: natural and anthropogenic recreational resources (Figure 1).
Natural recreational resources include beautiful natural landscapes (landscapes) consisting of a combination of regional natural components. They can be rivers, lakes, beaches, flora of the foothills, a variety of landscapes, mineral springs. In addition, large areas for recreation, sports, hunting, suburban green areas, parks and gardens or nature reserves and national parks are also natural recreational resources.
Anthropogenic recreation resources include historical, archeological and artistic monuments, monuments, museums and social objects that can be used for recreational purposes, created by human intelligence in different periods. In addition, recreational resources can be divided according to the following main characteristics :
