UNITARY ENTERPRISE The Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, approved be the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 21.12.1995 No. 163-I, Article 70 UNITARY ENTERPRISE BASED ON THE RIGHT OF ECONOMIC MANAGEMENT STATE UNITARY ENTERPRISE BASED ON THE RIGHT OF OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT A unitary enterprise based on the right of economic management is created by the decision of the owner or a body authorized by him.
UNITARY ENTERPRISE BASED ON THE RIGHT OF ECONOMIC MANAGEMENT The Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, approved be the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 21.12.1995 No. 163-I, Article 71. In cases stipulated by the legislation, by decision of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, on the basis of state-owned property, a state unitary enterprise based on the right of operational management (state enterprise) may be formed.

Non-governmental non-profit organization - an organization established on a voluntary basis by individuals and (or) legal entities, which does not make income (profit) the main goal of its activities and does not distribute income (profit) among its participants (members) It is a self-governing organization.
NON-GOVERNMENTAL NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN ON NON-GOVERNMENTAL PROFESSIONALS, approved be the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 14.04.1999 y. № 763-I, Article 2. A voluntary association of citizens united in accordance with the procedure established by law for the satisfaction of spiritual or other intangible needs shall be recognized as a public association.
