Bugungi kunda yoshlarimizni ma'rifatli va madaniyatli qilib tarbiya ya'ni kamol topishga axborot resurs markazlarning o'rni benihoya katta ahamyatga egadir. Xalqimizda shunday chiroyli maqollar bor.

Kutubxonadagi nodir va noyob asarlar biz yoshlarni ma'naviy ongimizni o'stiradi va yaxshi fikrlashga undaydi . Kitob biz yoshlarni to'g'ri harakat qilishga undaydi va xayotimizga o'zgacha mazmun mohiyat bag'ishlaydi . Shavkat Mirziyayev kitob o'qigan va kitob o'qimagan kishilar haqida shunday dedi: - “Kitob o'qigan insonni keng va ma'naviy olami boy bo'ladi. Xayoti davomida juda ko'p martabaga ega bo'ladi. Kutubxonalar bizni farzandlarimizni bizdanda yetukroq iymonli , etiqodli qilib tarbiyalashda asosiy tarbiyachi vositadir. Shining uchun ham aytilgan: -“Tarbiyada najot bor” - deb. Kitob o'qigan inson hamisha el-u yurtda aziz va qadrlidir. Kitob o'qigan insonni turmush tarzi chiroyli va vaqti hamisha mazmunli, maroqli o'tadi. Kitob o'qigan inson hayoti davomida juda ko'pdan ko'p ma'lumotlarga ega bo'ladi.
