Budget support will be provided to MOF and MOA upon the achievement of the
agreed prior actions on: (i) agri-foods safety and trade quality standards; (ii)
related agri-food laboratory accreditation system; (iii) GAP farm assurance system;
and (iv) agricultural land use rights and security.
ADB Horticulture Value Chain Infrastructure
Project [2019-2024]
The project will finance: (i) establishment of ALCs in Andijan, Samarkand, and
Tashkent; and (ii) improvement of ALC management capacity.

The program is providing technical assistance and capacity building for MOA and
other stakeholders for a wide range of issues, including seed sector development,

The proposed project will support development of agrometeorological
