BH’nun güvenirliği ile ilgili yeterli veri yoktur. Eğer replasman yapılacaksa BH normal erişkin
dozunun yarısı dozunda başlanmalı ve 4-6 haftada bir IGF-1 düzeyleri değerlendirilerek doz titre
edilmelidir (32).
