I want to first thank you for the wonderful impact you have made on this project. As a result of your assistance and dedication to this project, I am excited to report that orders are exceeding expectations by 15% percent! My name is Dilshod Parmon and I am the project manager for the Plants Pals Operations and Training project.
That being said, I want to make you aware of one major issue. We currently do not have enough drivers to deliver all of the orders on time. The drivers have delivered only 80% of the plants successfully.
As a result, customer satisfaction has suffered, and some customers have already canceled their subscriptions. In order to avoid sending our next product batch out late, we need to raise the on-time delivery rate to at least 90%. If a further delay is incurred we risk setting back the project timeline, risking product quality, and hurting revenue.
The following are ideas to improve future delivery rates. I want to ask your invaluable opinion on how best to proceed:
Create a hiring day to hire, onboard, and train more drivers.
Outsource a portion of our deliveries to an external vendor.
Offer customers a heavily discounted rate for electing later delivery of their product.
