However, it seems to me that you had problems communicating your ideas and being as productive when we cooperated on [x] project last week. Do you need help in making your ideas heard or tracking everybody else’s work? What can I do to help you work better in team? 1. You are missing your deadlines. 2.You could be more productive. 3. You are always late for the lesson. 4. You are rude. 5.Your communication skills are poor. 6. You don't have leadership skills. 7.You spend too much time gossiping. 8. You don't speak in a positive manner. 9. You cannot draw vey well. 10. You have some problems related to pronunciation. 11.You speak loudly. 11. Your handwriting is very awful. 12.
