Mavzu: Umumbiologik qonunlarga doir masala va mashqlar yechish
Maqsad: Hayotning molekula va hujayra darajasidagi umumbiologik qonuniyatlariga doir masalalar yechish orqali biologik obektlarda boradigan jarayonni kuzatish, tajribalar o'tkazish va hulosa qilish kompintensiyasini shakillantirish.

Ishni bajarish tartibi:


I. DNK va RNK ning tuzilishiga doir masalalar yechish.
II.Oqsil biosinteziga doir masalalar yechish.
III.Hujayrada energiya almashinuviga doir masalalar yechish.
IV.Xulosa


I.Dnk va RNK ning tuzilishiga doir quyidagi belrilgan masalalrni yeching.
1)DNK molekulasida 6000 nukleotiddan iborat. shu DNK ning molekulasining uzunligini aniqang?
2)DNK molekulasi 3000 nukleotiddan iborat, shundan 650 tasini sitozinli nukleotidlar tashkil etadi. Shu DNK molekulasining uzunligini toping?
3)Bir zanjirda GTCATGGATAGTCCTAAT nukleotidlar ketmaketligi bo'lgan DNK molekulasidagi vodorod bog'lar sonini aniqlang?
4)Tekshirishlar natijasida i-RNK tarkibida 34% guaning, 18% uratsil, 28% sitozin, 20% adenin borligi aniqlangan. Mazkur i - RNK uchun matritsa bo'lgan DNK tarkibidagi nukleotidlarning % larini aniqlang?
