When opening a run from a database with nearly the maximum allowed amount of data, the connection may time out. The maximum allowed amount of data is 10GB. Create a new database in order to continue using the software. Using database names reserved for Microsoft SQL Server such as ‘restore’ and ‘backup’ or only numbers cause an error
If a name reserved for the Microsoft SQL Server is used as a database name, it will cause errors in database maintenance. It is recommended not to use database names such as ‘restore’ or ‘backup’. If an error occurs, change the database name. Using a number as a database name will also causes an exception. Running SkanIt RE and DDE editions simultaneously
SkanIt RE and DDE can be installed on the same computer but it is not recommended to work with them simultaneously due to instrument control conflicts.
