1)Fluency is chtoik

1)Fluency is the flow and efficiency with which you express your ideas, particularly when speaking. A few grammar mistakes may appear here and there in the explanation, but it should be delivered in a way that is easy to understand and shows how comfortable you are with the language.
In an academic or even professional setting, this is one of the skills to focus on for an oral presentation or debate. The way you explain your topic or prove your point – smooth, clear and concise without too many pauses or hesitations – is as important as the content of your presentation.Outside of the classroom, fluency can help you socialize with native English speakers and avoid misunderstandings. To improve your fluency in English, practice speaking every day by engaging in a conversation with someone. Every now and then, throw in the new word or phrase you have just learned. But remember, don’t let the fear of making grammar mistakes hold you back.
2)When reading is taught, teachers usually follow a framework to teach a lesson, that framework has three stagesThe Pre-reading stage. The While-Reading stage The Post-Reading Stage. The Pre-Reading section consists of activities and exercises to prepare students before they do the actual reading Pre reading activities play an important role in a reading lesson.Every reading lesson should start with activities to activate background knowledge and a series of activities to prepare student for the reading.Pre-reading activities help students prepare for the reading activity by activating the relevant schemata, and motivating them to read.Pre-reading activities can also help learners anticipate the topic, vocabulary and possibly important grammar structures in the texts. This activity is called: “I am Listening to You”This activity requires students to work in pairs. One of them talks while his or her partner listens. Then challenge them to talk in English for 1 minute about a topic. Repeat with a new topic, students change roles and they can change partner after they have spoken and listened to each other.While-Reading Learning Experiences are activities that help learners concentrate on facets of the content and to understand it better. The objective of these activities is to help learners to read as they would read if the content were written in their first language. What are the post-reading activities? Post-reading activities are activities done after the student has finished reading a text. These are usually done in order to help the learner more deeply understand what they have read. This is usually done by encouraging the learner to critically analyze the textFocal Skills (or The Focal Skills Approach) refers to a specific non-traditional program design and assessment regime that purposely structures intensive foreign or second language instruction to align with student-centered, communicative language teaching that is skills-focused and content-based.Focal Skills restructures program design by sequentially focusing attention on the development of one language skill area at a time until its mastery to a chosen threshold level is reached. Assessments in Listening, Reading, and Writing are used to determine whether the threshold level has been attained.Teaching practices in Focal Skills programs are heavily influenced by the work of Stephen Krashen. There is an emphasis on comprehensible input using authentic materials. Activities that would raise a student's affective filter are generally avoided. The Focal Skills Movie Technique is an example of the kind of teaching used in this approach.
