WORKSHEET
1. As the Headmaster of Vikas School, draft a notice to be displayed at the entrance and office, giving details about the rescheduling of half-yearly examinations with the timetable and syllabus for each class.

2. As the Secretary of your College Arts Club, draft a notice regarding inter-class cultural competitions to select candidates for the University Youth Festival.

AGENDA and MINUTES
For holding a meeting, we issue a Notice with all the details to the people concerned. There should be an Agenda for a meeting and the Minutes should be written after the meeting.
1. AGENDA
An Agenda is the programme of the list of items of business to be transacted at a particular meeting. It gives the workers who will be attending a meeting, its planned programme or an outline of the business that will be conducted during the meeting. It helps to conduct the meeting in order, proceeding from one item to the next. Moreover, since it is often circulated along with the Notice, the members will have an idea of what is going to be discussed. If it is one of a series of meetings, the first item will be the reading of the Minutes of the previous meeting.
