I would recommend everybody to visit the San Antonio, Texas River Walk. To begin with, San
Antonio has a wealth of history and culture within its city limits. You can see the mariachi bands and
singers performing, the bright colors of the Mexican culture that is very much a part of Texas, and the
amazing food that has come to be known as Tex-Mex. It is the most delicious, flavorful, spicy food
you well ever sink your teeth into. Also, the River Walk winds through the downtown area. Year
round, you can take a tour on one of their river boats where a knowledgeable tour guide will tell you
all about the history and hot spots to see. The best time to go is during the Christmas holiday season.
In most other towns, parades are being held, and lights are being adorned onto homes. But, here in
San Antonio, the boats and river is where the major happenings are. It is such a beautiful sight to see
and the food is the added bonus to the River Walk in San Antonio, Texas.
