Abstract 
The main purpose of the study is to assess the impact of science spending on inno-
vative economic development based on statistical indicators using econometric 
models. The research was carried out on the basis of research methods such as scien-
tific abstraction and systematic analysis, statistical analysis and econometric mode-
ling. As a result of the research, the parameters of the regression equation of the impact 
of science expenditures on the innovative economy in the country as a whole were 
found and interpreted. Limitations of the study: Practical significance of the research: 
The results of the research can be used to analyze the current situation and make

decisions on innovative development in the country. Scientific novelty and originality 
of the research: The article systematically researches the problems of development of 
innovative economy in the country and evaluates it through econometric model.

Резюме 
Основная цель исследования - оценить влияние расходов на науку, инновацион-
ное развитие экономики на основе статистических показателей, с использо-
ванием эконометрических моделей. Исследование проводилось на основе таких 
исследовательских методов, как научная абстракция и систематический анализ, 
статистический анализ и эконометрическое моделирование. В результате иссле-
дования найдены и интерпретированы параметры регрессионного уравнения 
влияния расходов на науку, на инновационную экономику страны в целом. 
Практическая значимость исследования в том, что результаты исследования 
могут быть использованы для анализа текущей ситуации и принятия решений 
по инновационному развитию в стране. Научная новизна и оригинальность 
исследования заключается в том, что в статье систематически исследуются 
проблемы развития инновационной экономики в стране и дается оценка с 
помощью эконометрической модели.
