We use the will when we decide todo something at the time of speaking:

I’ll bring it back this afternoon.(not ‘I bring’) -I’ve asked Jhn to help me but he won’t. -The car won’t start.(=the car ‘refuses’ to start) Promising to dosomething: -Thank you for lending me the money. I’ll pay you back on Friday.(not ‘I play’ )

We use will for the future (tomorrow / next week etc:)
-She travels a lot . Today she is in London .Tomorrow she will (she’ll) be in Rome. Next week she’ll be in Tokyo.
-We will probably go out this evening.
-Will you be at home this evening?
-I will not be here tomorrow

You can say I shall ( = I will ) and we shall (= we will )
I shall be late tomorrow or I will be late tomorrow
I think we shall win or I think we will win
We shall (or will) probably go to Scotland in June.
Then negative of shall is shall not
I shall not be here tomorrow
We use shall ( not will ) in the questions shall I ……? , and shall we…..?
Shall I open the window ?
I have got no money What shall I do ?
Where shall we go this evening ?
