4. Xulosa
Ushbu ishning maqsadi aflatoksinlarni bodom o'simligi mag’zidan ajratib olishni optimallashtirish, shuningdek aflatoksinlarni oson va samarali ekstraktsiya qilib ajratish, hamda Osiyo mintaqasi hududidagi Afg’aniston, O’zbekiston va Eron Islom mamlakatlarda yetishtirilgan bodom daraxti mag’zi tarkibidagi aflotaksinlari miqdori tahlil qilindi.
Bodom mevasi tarkibida aflatoksinlar miqdori me’yoriy hujjatlarda keltirilgan miqdorlardan kam ekaligi yuqori samarali suyuqlik xromatografiyasi metodida aniqlandi. Olingan natijalarga asosan, O’zbekiston hududida yetishtirilgan
