Speaking part 3. Neighbors. 1. Do u think it is important to have a good relationship with neighbors? Well, definitely, Id_say, it is vitally important to have a positive relationship with our neighbors, especially in my culture. Because they are the people whom we can easily rely on, in times of need, they can support us both emotionally and sometimes, financially. So much so that sometimes, they are even closer to us than our relatives. Even, my grandma used to say neighbors are the closest people to you in the absence of your immediate family. So, the more friendly we are, the more we are likely to help each other. For example, in my culture when we are throwing
