development of hypotension and shock, hypoglycemia, hypo-and dysproteinemia;
attendant loss of electrolytes due to vomiting.
Regardless of the reason (obturation of the lumen, poor circulation in the mesentery and intestinal wall, dysmotility) rapidly develop severe endogenous intoxication.
