INTRODUCTION
Nowadays, the modern world can’t be imagined without Internet. In our daily routine we need to use different gadgets with Internet access. In recent years, the teaching diversity has been gaining a wide popularity in response to the rapidly growing abundance of the Internet. English teaching tools and syllabuses are being constantly changed according to the requirements of the digital society. Such popularity of the Internet and computer technology among young people and the society as a whole, have created serious prerequisites for a successful integration of information and communication technology (ICT) into the educational process. In the English teaching classroom, using websites is one of the easiest and least stressful ways of getting started with technology. There is a large and constantly expanding collection of resources on the web, at a variety of levels and covering a great choice of topics. A teacher has the opportunity to choose specific sites, monolingual or multilingual sites, sites with multimedia, or just simple texts from authentic sources or ELT (English Language Teaching). The web is a wonderful source of content which can be used as a window to the wider world outside the class, and, of course, a readily available collection of authentic material. As such, it is a much larger repository of content than there used to be readily available to any teacher and his/ her students.
Every teacher and student should take an active part in implementing the changing and establish great future of Uzbekistan. By learning the language and appropriate methodology of teaching English effectively, I believe to do my best to support the reform and fulfill my duties as a citizen of Uzbekistan. We clearly see that one of the main Constitutional guarantees – the right to receive education, realization of creativity, intellectual development – is realized through this program. The market of educational services is being formed through developing marketing in the sphere of education, and training qualified specialists, the system of governmental and non-governmental education establishments, paid consulting and educational services is being developed, market relating in the principles of self-financing, demand and supply.

President of Uzbekistan 1Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a decree “On Uzbekistan’s Development strategy”.
An important aspect of learning for pupils is to be able to communicate about what they know, or think they know. The best way for teachers to encourage communication ability at all pupils is through classroom discussion or small group work. Discussion is the way where teachers can provide their students with the opportunity to practice their communication skills. A discussion is understood as an activity of sitting and talking about a specific subject. The word ‘discuss’ has been derived from the latin root ‘discutere’, which means to shake or strike. Thus ‘discussion’ refers to thoroughly shaking up the subject that is, examining it thoroughly to reach a conclusion.

Course paper is about that debate encourages different types of responses, helps Pupils to develop convincing arguments, and allows teachers and pupils to learn from one another. In order to have good discussions teachers need to define problems that have multiple solutions or methods of solution. These types of problems are best in simulating discussion, creativity and risk taking. When teachers are trying to encourage a meaningful discussion it is crucial that they give their pupils plenty of time to respond and think about what they want to say. Teachers should avoid yes/no questions and short answered question if they want to have a quality discussion. Open-ended higher level thinking questions are the best choice to get students thinking and communicating their ideas. The teacher should stay involved in the discussion to correct wrong information but should be careful when pointing out mistakes. It is very important to create and maintain an environment where students feel comfortable in participating. This also encourages students to back up what they believe and it allows teachers to really get a good idea of what kind of conceptual knowledge students have about certain topics, especially in high school classes. During discussion learners are not passive recipients of information that is transmitted from a teacher. Rather, learners are active participants. Discussion, when combined with probing, open-ended questions, requires pupils to organize available information for the purpose of arriving at their own defensible answers. Renovated State obligatory standard of primary education is directed on the forming of basis of communicative competence through the development of 4 types of speech activity listening, speaking reading and writing
