The relevance of the topic of the master's thesis lies in the fact that The phenomenon of e-commerce has not yet been sufficiently studied, but it is precisely its core - payment service - is the flagship of the evolution towards the digital economy. The process of introducing electronic means of payment and the development of payment infrastructure should be theoretically substantiated, legislatively fixed and directed along the most effective path of development. The aim of the work is theoretical substantiation and practical recommendations on the use and development of e-commerce business processes and means of payment on the example of NCO "Premium" (LLC). In accordance with the purpose of the study in the work were set and solved the following tasks:
Analyze the dynamics and features of the development of electronic commerce in the conditions of the Uzbekistan market;
Give the concept of electronic money and electronic means of payment within the Law "On the National Payment System" of the Uzbekistan;
Give a general organizational and economic characteristics of the System Payment Service "PayPal", including the role and functions of the operator for transfer of electronic funds - NCO "Premium" (LLC);
Justify the function of the payment service as a basic element the company's e-commerce infrastructure;
To study the features of the circulation of electronic money and organization electronic payment service in the conditions of modern Uzbekistan banking market;
consider the problems and prospects for ensuring the functioning electronic money in the Uzbekistan;
