The degree of scientific novelty and elaboration of the problem of research on given point in time. The issues raised in the study are discussed by the world scientific community for decades. In Uzbekistan, e-commerce has been seriously studied since the early 2000s. But the dynamics of the development of this sphere economy is so large, the phenomena produced by it are so diverse and subject to global innovation changes, which any formulations and statements, any analytics in terms of current day, will have more historical than scientific and theoretical value. Procedures, functions, interaction protocols, application artificial intelligence technologies, blockchain and big data analysis –all this in the most serious way technologizes and seriously complicates the process of formulating uniform rules, laws of functioning ecommerce. But there is always the opportunity to look at a few steps forward, try to anticipate the needs of society, use technologies for the benefit of the state and citizens. The scientific basis of the study was the regulatory documents and legislative acts, as well as educational and scientific literature on various directions, in one way or another affecting the considered problems. Insufficient knowledge, relevance, theoretical and practical the significance of the problem of using e-commerce opportunities in the field of payment services, features of the use of electronic means payment under Uzbek law determined the choice of topic, purpose research and its objectives. Subject of the work:the object of the master’s dissertation is the field of electronic commerce in Uzbekistan. Based on the scope of the topic, the subject of the Master’s dissertation is to find mistakes in the payment system with e-commerce.
The methodological basis on which the presentation system is built material of this work, are the following approaches: analytical, comparative, system-logical, hypothetical-deductive, statistical.
