* - only electronic wallets active during the specified reporting
period are taken into account
** - the percentage ratio of ESPs with a certain identification feature to the total number of ESPs for the reporting period is indicated
Table 8 shows the indicators of the total turnover of EDS on
electronic wallets in the TelePay Online System in the reporting periods, as well as the amount and average percentage of remuneration received by the Premium NGO (LLC) as part of transfers under information technology cooperation agreements concluded with service providers. It should be noted that during the period under review, the average percentage of commission charged to clients when making transfers has been steadily decreasing, while the percentage of remuneration to NGOs from
service providers is growing slightly.
If we consider the conditions for making EDS transfers for
individuals in the context of service categories, we will see that when making payments to mobile operators, no commission is charged from the Client in the wallet at all, and the remuneration from the supplier for 2018 was no more than 0.1%. For payments to housing and communal services, the commission from the Client does not exceed, as a rule, 0.1 - 0.3%, with remuneration from housing and communal services providers 0.7-1.0%.
84 The emerging trend of growth in the percentage value of remuneration for making transfers takes place due to the connection to the System of active participants in the e-commerce market, such as: online stores, online courses, courier services for the delivery of various goods from online platforms, etc. Here the average percentage of remuneration from the service provider is 4.5%, and the commission is not charged from the client in the wallet.
In addition to the above categories of services , payers are in great demand for payment of public services, payment of loans, withdrawal of EDS to bank cards.
Replenishment of the "TelePay Online" wallet is possible both through the terminal network of bank payment agents and subagents of the NGO "Premium" (LLC) without commission from the client, and from a bank card (commission acquiring bank 2.2%).
The electronic means of payment "TelePay Online" has good
prospects for development even in the absence of advertising and promotion costs. Improving the quality and reliability of payment instruments, regulating the commercial terms of cooperation with service providers, for 3 years (since 2016 by 2018), the NGO "Premium" (LLC) managed to increase the volume of EMF turnover in the service by almost 2 times.
