Sheets (also called Kids Watching Sheets) like this one assist teachers in 
collecting detailed evidence of student learning. When analysed carefully,

the collected data show what students know/can do, and what they do not 
know/cannot do, and this is very useful information since the more teachers 
know about their students, the more they can help them. Teachers should 
also use the gathered evidence to plan what to do next in class (e.g., teach 
the topic again or move to the next unit).
