ABSTRACT Firdovsi Gasımov Synthesis of oligonitro aniline
This article is dedicated to research results of oxidation polycondensation of o-nitroaniline with
water solution of sodium hypochlorite in slightly acidic conditions. If CO
2
gas is passed from mixture of
o-nitroaniline with water solution of sodium hypochlorite, temperature of reaction mixture is raised to
296 K from 288 K in 60 minutes. During this time the pH of the environment changes from 10,7 to
5,4.This facts and high-yield formation of oligonitroaniline shows that o-nitroaniline is highly prone to
oxidation polycondensation in such environment. During an hour with CO
2
gas participation 49%
oligomer is formed. If sodium hypochlorite amount is increased to 4 moles from 1 mole for 1 mole of o-
nitro aniline in 5 hours time and 323 K temperature output is raised nearly to 64%.
