About  the  teaching  of  the  expertise  of  royal  jelly  of  queen  bee.  The  author  deals  with  the 
rules  of  making,  keeping  and  packing  up  as  well  sending  sample  to  laboratory  and  cheking  up  of 
royal jelly of queen bee for teaching of expertise in the article. The indicators of organoleptical and 
physico-chemical  of  royal  jelly  of  queen  bee  are  defined,  the  external  appearance  complication

colour  of  royal  jelly  queen  bee  is  defined  as  visually.  And  its  smell  is  defined  by  smelling. 
Mechanical  combination,  the  ratio  of  bulk  of  dry  substances  and  beeswax  the  oxdation  of  yield, 
fluorescent,  the  concentration  of  hydrogen  ions  of  the  1  %  the  ratoi  of  bulk  of  water  solution  of 
royal jelly of quee bee, decen acids, crude protein, the ratio of bulk of renewable sugar and sucroze, 
antimicrobial  activity,  the  contamination  with  non-patogenic  microbes  and  biological  activity  of 
yield  are  defined  according  to  the  requirements  of  standards.  The  results  of  definitions  are 
commented  on  detailed  to  the  students  and  are  noted  appropriately.  The  results  are  estimated  on 
totality and are reasoned about the quality of royal jelly of queen bee.
