The purpose of the academic mobility department: 
coordination of international cooperation with foreign higher educational institutions and 
research institutions; bilateral exchange programs of students, professors and teachers in

management of academic mobility of students, doctoral students and professors in educational,

participate in academic exchange programs implemented with partner universities; to 
effectively implement the exchange of experience between partner higher education 
institutions; to increase the quality of academic mobility and maintain development of new 
joint projects aimed at support; giving advice to the PERFECT UNIVERSITY council on 
increasing the characteristics of academic mobility and its impact on the development of the 
Central Asian educational system; development and implementation of questionnaires, 
seminar-trainings, joint programs and other such projects in connection with the expansion of 
the academic mobility program; preparation and formalization of documents on the 
participation of students and professors in the academic mobility program, etc. giving advice 
and instructions; organizing and coordinating activities of summer and winter schools. 
Within the framework of the agreement on "Cooperation in the field of education" between the 
Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education and the Ministry of Education of the 
People's Republic of China, established on November 8, 1999, a number of Uzbekistan in 
Chinese higher education institutions 40 students, candidates of sciences, and young specialists 
from higher education institutions are doing internship. 
Practice in Chinese higher education institutions is conducted in order to improve knowledge of 
Chinese language and literature, as well as various technical and natural sciences. Inviting 
foreign teachers and professors to work in higher educational institutions of the republic for the 
purpose of improving the educational process and exchanging experience; International 
cooperation in the field of higher education in the PRC, Republic of Korea, Malaysia, Egypt, 
Sultanate of Oman, Russian Federation, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan , Ukraine and a number of 
other countries are implemented on the basis of intergovernmental and inter-governmental 
agreements. is carried out on the basis of contracts. 
In "PERFECT UNIVERSITY" a meeting was organized with representatives of the European 
University "Prague Institute of Management and Technology" 
It was attended by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board (CEO) of this university Burkhanov 
Umar Abdualimovich. At the meeting, a number of important issues were discussed, such as 
the internship of our students in prestigious higher educational institutions in Europe and the 
attraction of professors-teachers to our university. 
These agreements deal with the exchange of professors and students, their participation in 
various conferences and symposia, conducting joint scientific research, publishing scientific 
articles, etc. Higher education institutions of Uzbekistan British Council, Goethe has 
established close relations with the institute named after the German International Cooperation 
Society, the international cooperation agencies of Korea and Japan, the technical cooperation 
program of India and Malaysia, the UN Development Program, DB, ATB, ITB and others.
