rules for optimal shutdown according to the criterion of resource
efficiency,
rules for maximizing the residual resource.

Combined information technologies is a combination of two, three, etc.
of the above technologies. The most popular of them are information
technology for diagnostics and monitoring, as well as information technology
for certification with subsequent monitoring of faulty objects identified during
certification. Any of these rules provides for the use of a mathematical model
of the evolution of the technical condition or the degradation process to
