ANALYSIS OF APPLICATION OF FUZZY ANALYTIC HIERARCHY
PROCESS TO DETERMINE RISK FACTOR WEIGHTS IN
DEEPWATER PIPELINE

Considering that most of the world is under water, most of its energy
resources are under water. Therefore, the extraction and transportation of
underwater energy resources without environmental pollution is one of the
key issues.
This paper will show to determine risk factor weights and selection of
method using the fuzzy triangular numbers.
Establishing of algoritm.
Step 1: Establishing of fuzzy number index system.
Risk factors set-
R={R1, R2, R3, R4, …, Rn}. Each category of the above some categories
also represents one sub-factor set, with the expression of f, i.e. Fi={ fi1, fi2,
…, fij }, i=1, 2, …, 5. (Figure 1.)
