a. COG shifts upwards & forwards.

b. posture –

*shoulder girdle becomes rounded, *scapular protraction, upper

*limb internal rotation.

*increase in cervical lordosis.

*knee hyperextension.

*increase in lumber lordosis.

c. balance – pt. walks with wider BOS.
