Literature analysis and methodology.
Today, large-scale reforms and the processes of
expanding democracy in our country are accompanied by the increase in political activity of people
and the expansion of forms of expression of individual and collective opinion of citizens on various
issues of social life.
According to the words of the President Sh. Mirziyoev,
"We will develop and monitor the
implementation of programs aimed at finding solutions to the acute problems that have
accumulated in the country after listening to the pains and sufferings of every person living in our
country."
Based on this, it is necessary for the representatives of the local authorities and officials to
identify the problems that are bothering the population in a timely manner and to solve these
problems quickly and positively.
In this process, it is natural that there will be a number of negative changes in the
consciousness and mentality of the population stratum whose problems remain, that is, the crowd
concentrated with negative power.
Let's get acquainted with the views of representatives of the field in studying these
processes.
Sociologists have been studying the crowd phenomenon from a social psychological point of
view, and politicians have been evaluating it from the point of view of the state's negative impact on
the state of political stability.
In our opinion, researching mass protests in a comprehensive way, that is, summarizing
legal, social and political approaches, without studying them based on separate approaches, serves
to reveal all aspects of mass protests.
Psychological approach
In the psychological approach, public protests are studied directly related to the crowd
phenomenon, that is, the types of crowds that carry out protests, the motivation for their occurrence,
psychology, methods and means of influencing the minds of participants, changes in crowd
behavior and processes related to its management are studied.
According to the approach of psychologists, a crowd is a group of people who are not
organized, spontaneously formed, without a common goal, given to pure emotion.
