the past, but also has a positive impact on the present and future, embedded in the minds of people. 
This also includes social and spiritual phenomena that are significant for the development and 
independence of human society [5]. 
In any country, a person is considered the highest value. In Uzbekistan, he is exalted, put 
above all, everything should serve the interests of a person. The national traditions that have been 
formed for hundreds of years now, together with cultural and spiritual values, accelerate 
development, contribute to ensuring ideological and spiritual purification. All types of values are 
considered a means of serving a prosperous and free human life, achieving spiritual and moral 
satisfaction. Therefore, an important requirement of today is the formation of national and universal 
values in the minds of young people. 
When implementing the following pedagogical tasks to educate the younger generation in 
the spirit of respect for traditions, we can talk about a positive result. And this: 
• develop their thirst for learning, a sense of enlightenment; 
• raise political awareness and legal culture;
• improve the human qualities of future specialists, in particular teachers; 
• constantly organize educational events, such as political information, spirituality hours and 
educational hours, various festive events, evenings, meetings;
• to improve the quality of professional and qualification training of young people. 
Now we are faced with the task of reviving spiritual and educational work in universities 
even more, creating an acceptable system for its implementation, as well as methodological 
complexes, information and exhibition materials, introducing values into the content of disciplines, 
finding advanced pedagogical technologies, creating conditions for the work of future teachers. 
In conclusion, it should be emphasized that the legacy of outstanding thinkers of the East, 
created over thousands of years, has absorbed the riches of material and spiritual culture, the system 
of national education, the national language and literature based on psychology, the way of life of 
the people, socio-political views, moral norms, principles, traditions of the peoples of the East. And 
in this regard, the main task of university teachers is the careful preservation of national values and 
bringing them to the consciousness and hearts of future generations.
