Legal Status Of Prortected Areas
This study aims to research legal basis for protected areas at national level as well as analyse legislation addressing these areas in terms of conservation measures and exploitation principles in general and give a guideline for practitioners and stakeholders in particular.
This thesis is significant for better understanding of legal basis of protected areas and providing new ideas for creating legal solutions for law enforcement issues.
This study covers the first appearance and development of protected areas at both national and global level. The main philosophies behind such a development is also discussed in the first starting from their initial establishment, following guidelines for designation procedures, exploitation at these means and ending management planning are also investigated. Also, necessary protection measures and prohibited and permitted activities are included throughout the study.
