admission control rules,

rules for optimal shutdown according to the criterion of resource 
efficiency, 

rules for maximizing the residual resource.

Combined information technologies 
Combined information technologies is a combination of two, three, etc. 
of the above technologies. The most popular of them are information 
technology for diagnostics and monitoring, as well as information technology 
for certification with subsequent monitoring of faulty objects identified during 
certification. Any of these rules provides for the use of a mathematical model 
of the evolution of the technical condition or the degradation process to 
determine the exact date of shutting down the operation of the facility. At the 
same time, mathematical models, as a rule, have a situational character, i.e. 
after each new measurement of diagnostic parameters, the trajectory of the 
parametric vector in the space of its values is refined. Taking into account all 
the above, the mathematical model needed to assess the actual technical 
condition of the energy objects is as follows:
