The activity of implementing efficient logistical processes, backed by 
digital technologies, to guarantee that products are effectively and efficiently 
carried from one location to another until they reach the end-customer is 
known as process management in the shipping company. The need of an 
effective management system in a shipping industry has risen as the 
introduction of e-commerce encourages many cinder block businesses 
throughout the world to make a speedy transition to online selling, resulting in 
a significant increase in delivery. Nowadays, customers would like to get their 
items at any time and from any location in the least amount of time, making it 
challenging for traditional delivery methods to grow operations. Furthermore, 
there is a requirement to drive omnichannel experiences. All these issues lead 
to the importance of implementing advanced shipping management systems.
There are several methods to create an application that meets the 
requirements for shipping management systems, including a desktop 
version, a mobile version, and a web application. If the user experience and 
ease of use are considered, the best solution for management system is a 
web-based platform. Taking work automation, human error reduction, 
customer service enhancement, and efficiency of warehousing and shipping 
operations into account, web application is the suitable chose. Moreover, in 
terms of security, more complex protections may be put into these apps. 
It is critical to have effective web application architecture before starting 
to write code because it serves as the blueprint for future expansion, which 
may result from greater demand, future interoperability, and higher 
dependability needs. The web application architecture is a structure that 
describes how an app is organized on different levels and it is a "skeleton" 
that shows how application components, middleware systems, user
