Class Scheduling 
The class schedule page will appear based on class after logging in and 
accessing the scheduling menu. Before class scheduling students will select 
relevant courses for their study year. Then classes are scheduled alongside 
choosing teachers. Each teacher is assigned to a course and the course has 
certain class hours and limited space for students. 
 
Security 
Furthermore, when designing this website, a good and integrated 
security system must be used to avoid data misuse and hacking in ways such 
as making regulations as a limitation in ensuring the protection of data, 
devices in systems especially servers, databases, and others. Moreover,

developing schemes that are designed to be more efficient by carrying out 
operational and centralized configuration management. In the authentication 
part, reCAPTCHA (a system that allows web hosts to differentiate between 
human and automated website access) will be applied. 
System Program Testing 
The black-box testing method is used in academic information system 
program testing. The black-box testing method was used by providing 
several inputs to the program, which was then processed in accordance with 
the functional requirements to produce the required output. 
Modules 
In the academic information system, there are 3 users: admin, teacher, 
and student. Here are the modules of explanation for each user:

Admin Module - 
Admin is the primary user in this system. The 
management of academic student data value is done by admin.
