Conclusion:
As I studied this subject, I studied American literature very well. There are many literary periods in America, all of which began when America was discovered. Colonialism and early national periods laid the foundation for American literature, starting with pilgrims. All this was due to Christopher Columbus’s kind journey to Spain to the New World. After the discovery of the New World, Britain sent immigrants to North America to start colonization, the first being St. Little, who knew that North Americans were already inhabited by Native Americans. These tribes have been for many years, and the legends of their origin have told wonderful and detailed stories of creation using the common earth and nature, for example, "behind the tortoise" told by Onondaga. With the arrival of more and more immigrants to North America, they began to explore this unknown world. Alvar Nunez Cabeza de Vaca and his men discovered Texas under the leadership of Native Americans. They shared their discoveries with others in Exploration Narratives. In these letters, they told us about the Indians and what they had learned about their culture, their travels across the desert, and their discovery of the Gulf of Mexico. These legends were the beginning of historical American literature.
