The theoretical and practical value: the specified theoretical considerations and principles give opportunity to rethink the process of acquisition of speaking skills and some educational categories in development of the local methodology of FLT in secondary schools. The materials of the research can be used in the course of «Methodology of teaching English language» and they will be useful for doing research in this field of study.
