REPUBLICAN SCIENTIFIC-PRACTICAL CONFERENCE
On December 9-10, 2022, Urganch State University will hold a republican 
scientific-practical conference on the occasion of the 70th birthday of the 
famous scientist, doctor of physics and mathematics, professor Yusupov 
Ahmad Yusupovich on the topic «Actual problems of semiconductors, 
nanomaterials and photoenergy». 
The scientific conference will be held on the following areas: 
Section 1: Physics of semiconductor materials 
Section 2: Semiconductor micro- and nanoelectronic devices 
Section 3: Actual problems of photovoltaics 
Section 4: Current problems in condensed matter physics
Section 5: Actual problems and solutions of physics teaching in higher 
education. 
Official languages of the conference: Uzbek, Russian and English. 
General requirements: 
1. The text of the material of the reports can be submitted in Uzbek, Russian or 
English, which should not exceed 3 pages. The text of the material must 
comply with the IMRAD requirements (Introduction, Methods, Results, and 
Discussion). 
2. Text of report should be typed in Microsoft Word (RTF format), font - 
Times New Roman, size - 14, line spacing - 1.5, all page margins - 20 mm. 
Pages are not numbered, word hyphenation is not allowed.The title of the 
section is indicated at the top of the report. On the next line, center-aligned, 
one-spaced, title of the report, on the next line, last name, first name and 
middle name of the author, place of work. The list of references is given at the 
end of the report. 
3. The authors are personally responsible for the content, reliability of 
information and facts presented in the material of the report. References in the 
text should be in square brackets [1]. Pictures and diagrams in the text should 
be 10x15 cm in size. The name of the article file should contain the author's 
surname and section number. 
4. No more than two reports from one author are accepted for publication. 
5. The organizing committee has the right to consider and select reports and 
abstracts. Reports that do not correspond to the subject of the conference, do 
not meet the requirements for registration and submitted late are not accepted, 
manuscripts are not returned.
