Subject and object of the research work. Based on the subject of the dissertation work, it is based on the barriers in organization management. At the object of the research work, the barriers in organization management in non-profit non-governmental organisations.

İnformation database of the dissertation. The basis of the dissertation database is the literature of local and foreign theorists in the barriers in organization management in non-profit non-governmental organisations, articles, and also scientific speeches made in this field. In writing the dissertation, Internet information resources were well used.

Scientific novelty and practical significance of the research work. The research is based on scientific innovation:
