SONUÇ
Sonuç olarak; bizim çalıĢmamız göstermiĢtir ki, yüksek dozda
bupivakain uygulanmasıyla CO‟ta önemli düĢüler görülebilirken düĢük doz
bupivakainle beraber bir opioidin intratekal olarak uygulanmasıyla CO‟ta
stabilizasyon ve kard
iyovasküler yan etkilerde azalma görülmektedir.
Daha önceden yapılan birçok çalıĢmada olduğu gibi bizim çalıĢmamızı
da sınırlayan bazı özellikle
r
vardı. Bunlardan ilki çalıĢmaya dahil ettiğimiz
hasta sayısının kısıtlı olm
a
sıydı. Ancak çalıĢma sırasında hem
odinamik
değiĢiklikleri yakından ve sürekli takip etmemiz ve bu alanda daha geniĢ
hasta gruplarıyla yapılan çalıĢmalarda elde edilen sonuçlar
a benzer
sonuçlarla karĢılaĢmamız da bu açıdan belirli bir standardı tutturduğumuzu
göstermektedir..
