2.3 The sales systems for operators and their clients
COSTINGS Costing refers to the process of determining the actual cost of a tour package by detailing the various components of the package, and attaching the specific cost represented by the contracted rate to each, according to the costing methods detailed in this section. Costing can be done for specific sightseeing tours,Ad Hoc or Regular tour packages and for a Confidential Tariff.

Formation and promotion of a tourist product A tourist product is a complex of tourist services necessary to meet the needs of a tourist and a sightseer, which is formed by a tour operator based on the conditions of the tourist market or by order of a tourist or sightseer.
The formation of a tourist product is the activity of a tour operator in concluding and executing contracts with persons providing individual tourist services included in the tourist product.
Promotion of a tourist product is a set of measures aimed at the realization of a tourist product (advertising, participation in specialized exhibitions and fairs, publication of catalogs, booklets and others).
The tour operator ensures the provision of tourists and sightseers of the complex or part of the tourist services included in the tourist product, independently or with the involvement of individuals providing individual tourist services included in the tourist product.
The tour operator acquires the right to services included in the tour, on the basis of contracts with individuals providing individual tourist services, or with a tour operator for the reception of tourists and sightseers, ensuring the provision of all types of services included in the tour.
The order of a tourist, sightseer or a person authorized to represent a group of tourists, sightseers for the formation of a tourist product for a tour operator is executed in the form of an agreement having the nature of a preliminary contract.
The formation of the tourism product in the areas of inbound and domestic tourism is carried out exclusively by tour operators - residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
When forming a tourist product, the tour operator must provide for the respect for the natural environment, protected natural territories and cultural heritage sites.
When promoting a tourist product, the tour operator and travel agent are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the tourist product.
A travel agent promotes a tourist product on the basis of an agreement concluded with a tour operator.
When advertising tourism products in the form of inbound and domestic tourism and accommodation facilities, it is mandatory to use the national insignia established in the tourism sector.
