INTRODUCTION
Nowadays, English has the status of international, global, and world language, which is learnt and spoken by millions of people around the world. Accordingly, UNESCO (The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) expresses that learning a second language must be regarded as an essential part of total personality formation in the modern world, since it enables a person to live and move in more than one culture or linguistic community.
The actuality of the course work. Speaking is the productive skill that and one of the four skills that very important in learning English. Speaking is very useful for the people in facing their lives. Speaking is process of giving and receiving message or information. People use speaking to give some information to the other. Speaking is also as tool of human communication to share every moment or to share important information to the other.
The aim of the course work. Introduction to show the importance of personalizing and developing speaking skills and an overview of how to teach speaking skills at school. The body will focus to introduce what teachers should do to teach studets, also, the role of teachers in developing students’ speaking skills, creating a supportive and effective personalized teaching classroom environment, using technology and multimedia resources to enhance students’ speaking skills. Plus how personalization is helpful as a way of stimulation to developing speaking skills.
