ANNOTATSIYA
Maqolada O‗zbekiston Respublikasining ―Oziq-ovqat mahsulotining sifati va
xavfsizligi to‗g‗risida‖ qonuniga quyidagi o‗zgarishlarni kiritish takliflar ko‗rsatilgan va
ilmiy jihatdan asoslangan va quyidagilarni taklif qilingan ―Oziq-ovqat
mahsulotining
xavfsizligi‖ tushunchasi ―Oziq-ovqat mahsuloti va homashyosining xavfsizligi‖ tarzida
o‗zgartirish, Oziq-ovqat xom ashyosi sifati uchun alohida talablarni belgilash, Tarkibida
modifitsiyalashtirilgan organizmlar bor bo‗lgan oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini chetdan olib
kelish va iste‘mol qilishni cheklash.
Kalit so‘zlar: Oziq-ovqat havfsizligi, GMO mahsulotlar,
sifat havsizligi,
sertifikatlashtirish tizimi, suniy va tabiiy toza mahsulotlar, ichki bozorni himoya qilsih.

THE NECESSITY OF FOOD SAFETY AND THE IMPORTANCE OF

ABSTRACT
The following amendments to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On quality
and safety of food products" are proposed and scientifically based, the concept of "Food
safety" is proposed. and "Safety of raw materials", aimed at establishing special
requirements for the
quality of food raw materials, restricting the import and
consumption of food products
containing modified organisms, as well as the
introduction of the use of genetically modified organisms in baby food.
Improving the
system of introduction, certification and control, introduction of a system of training and
retraining of qualified personnel in this field.
