SUMMERY
VEGETATION COVER OF THE SHORES OF ABSHERON PENINSULA

Information about the successional process during change of the level of water at the shore of
the Caspian Sea of the Absheron Peninsula was provided in the article. It was found that the
vegetation cover of the shore undergoes succession under the influence of the level of the natural
water, removability of sand by wind, anthropogenic grasslanding and other factors.
