the Internet and modernization of material and technical equipment is a requirement for
achieving particularly positive results and will make them sustainable.
At the same time, intensive application of ICT at all levels of the lifelong learning system will
allow to conduct more accurate and financially less costly analysis of the participation and
success of students, and the rational use of the resources provided by educational
organizations.
