The different stresses are known to lead to changes of natural processes occurring in living organisms, in particular may
induce irreversible changes. The experience has shown, that using of natural compounds is most rational way for sustaining
of physiological state of cells under stress without secondary effects.
In the present study the results obtained during investigation the natural compounds and compositions on their
antiradical and antioxidants activities were presented.
The PS II is known to be very sensitive to action of stress factors (J. Barber, 2003; Vass and Aro 2007; J.R. Jafarova et
all., 2013). For control of activity in chloroplasts of cucumber and pumpkin the method of recombinational fluorescence of
chlorophyll a (Chl a) in millisecond time range (msec RF) has been used as a biological assay for stress factor action
determination. It is well known that different phases of msec RF reflects events both donor and acceptor side of reaction
center (RC) of PS II and its surrounding.
It is known that stress factors such as heavy metals, strong light in UV-range and herbicides sharply change the
behavior of PS II. It was established that under action of Cd

Phe, as a
result of blocking primary electron acceptors reduction. Strong light and action of herbicide (methylviologen-MV) also
induced proper changes of msec RF of Chl a components. Under the action of MV a slow phase have been disappeared.
The effectiveness of investigated preparations “Hypporamine PL” from leaves of seabuckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides
L.) was connected mainly with polyphenols. The effect of “Hypporamine PL” at alkaline medium action of Cd

occurring at site of recombination Mn

. It should be take into account, that protective effect of
“Hypporamine PL” occurs at site near to water-oxidation complex of chloroplasts, where the oxidative damage is connected
with formation of active oxygen forms.
The effect of BAC (biologically active composition), containing active compound of Plumbagin (2-methyl, 5-oxi, 1,4
naphtoquinone obtained from roots of Ceratostigma plumbaginoides), seeds of caraway (Carum carvi) and coriander
(Coriandrum sativum L ) was determined by comparison with standard antioxidant Na-ascorbate under action of stress
factors such as MV and strong light at visible range.
